This large patch changes the header file directory layout from
`include/freetype/...' to `include/...', effectively removing one
level. Since the file `ft2build.h' is also located in `include'
(and it stays there even after installation), all FreeType header
files are now in a single directory.
Applications that use (a) `freetype-config' or FreeType's
`pkg-config' file to get the include directory for the compiler, and
(b) the documented way for header inclusion like
#include <ft2build.h>

don't need any change to the source code.

Currently, it provides FT_Stream_OpenBzip2() that returns
unimplemented error always, to prevent unresolved symbol
error for the applications designed for Unix systems.

Add various include files and macros to have proper support for
both AmigaOS4 and older AmigaOS versions.
Don't declare KVPrintF explicitly.
Replace getenv with GetVar.
Actually enable debugging code.
* builds/amiga/src/base/ftsystem.c: Major rewrite.
amiga/include/freetype/config/ftmodule.h: Updated to include
support for BDF and Type42 drivers.
* docs/modules.txt: Updated.
* src/bdf/bdflib.c (_bdf_parse_glyphs): Replace floating point math
with calls to `FT_MulDiv'.
