Make compiling instructions in docs/CUSTOMIZE work again. * builds/unix/unix-cc.in (CPPFLAGS): New variable. (CFLAGS): Don't include @CPPFLAGS@. * builds/freetype.mk (FT_CFLAGS): Add CPPFLAGS.
