[sdf -> bsdf] Extended to work with monochrome bitmaps.

* src/sdf/ftbsdf.c (bsdf_init_distance_map): Handle
  monochrome bitmaps and convert them to the internal
  intermediate format, which can then be used to
  generate SDF.
