[base] Netpbm image tracing.

* src/base/ftobjs.c (FT_Load_Glyph): Trace bitmap size.
(FT_Render_Glyph_Internal): Trace bitmap in Netpbm format.

* src/smooth/ftgrays.c (gray_sweep): Sweep remnants of span tracing.
