* src/base/ftlcdfil.c (FT_Library_SetLcdFilter{,Weights})
[!FT_CONFIG_OPTION_SUBPIXEL_RENDERING]: Return FT_Err_Ok instead of
FT_Err_Unimplemented_Feature.
* include/freetype/ftlcdfil.h: Documentation updated.
