[cff] Dump SIDs while tracing. 

* src/cff/cffobjs.c (cff_face_init): Do it.

* src/cff/cffparse.c (cff_parser_run) [FT_DEBUG_LEVEL_TRACE]
<cff_kind_string>: Identify as SID.
