Debugging improvements.

* src/base/ftobjs.c (pixel_modes): Move this array to top level
from ...
(FT_Load_Glyph): ... here.
(FT_Render_Glyph_Internal): Use `width' x `height' in trace message.
Use `pixel_modes'.
