Add missing announce_entry properties to python bindings

Fix and refactor the announce_entry class
- Removed verified from torrent_handle dict to announce_entry as it's read-only.
- Changed source and send_stats to read_write properties.
- Switched trivial type properties to using read_only or read_write.

bc9281a27c
deprecate file_entry (used by file_storage) and clean up the add_file overload that borrows memory (and improve implementation and documentation). The python bindings were updated to more closely match the c++ API (specifically actually using file_storage)
