src/truetype/ttobjs.c, src/truetype/ttgload.c,
src/truetype/ttinterp.c: Fixed a few comparisons that Borland C++
didn't really like. Basically, this compiler complains when FT_UInt
is compared to FT_UShort (apparently, it promotes `UShort' to `Int'
in these cases).
