[sdf] Use 'counter-clockwise', not 'anti-clockwise'.

We prefer US nomenclature.

* src/sdf/ftsdf.c (SDF_Contour_Orientation):
s/SDF_ORIENTATION-ACW/SDF_ORIENTATION_CCW/.
Update all users.
