[sfnt] Modularize `sfnt_get_ps_name'.
* src/sfnt/sfdriver.c (sfnt_get_ps_name): Split off some functionality into... (IS_WIN, IS_APPLE): ... New macros. (get_win_string, get_apple_string): ... New functions.
