Add embedded bitmap support to CFF driver.

* src/cff/cffobjs.h (CFF_SizeRec): New structure.

* src/cff/cffgload.c (cff_builder_init): Updated.
(cff_slot_load): Updated.
[TT_CONFIG_OPTION_EMBEDDED_BITMAPS]: Load sbit.
