Add `FT_LCD_FILTER_LEGACY1' enum value.

This does the same as `FT_LCD_FILTER_LEGACY'.

* include/freetype/ftlcdfil.h (FT_LcdFilter): New value
`FT_LCD_FILTER_LEGACY1'.
