refactor.
* src/smooth/ftgrays.c (gray_split_conic, gray_split_cubic): Ditto.
* src/base/ftstroke.c (ft_conic_split, ft_cubic_split): Ditto.
* src/base/ftbbox.c (cubic_peak): Use shifts.
