[raster] Harmonize target bitmap navigation.

* src/raster/ftraster.c (black_TWorker): Store signed maximum indexes
in both directions instead of unsigned dimensions of the original bitmap.
(*_Sweep_*, Render_Glyph, ft_black_render): Updated all users.
