Add Translations section to CONTRIBUTING.md (#1367)
As was correctly pointed out in #1356 there is no documentation about how to submit translations in the contributing guide or the readme.

Restructure BD into a small mono-repo
This is a repo-wide refactor that introduces the injector to the main branch.
