Show a notification in Discord when someone sends a message, just like on mobile.

### Settings
##### Ignore DND mode
Even if in DND mode, display the in-app notifications.
##### Bar color
##### Set bar color to top role color
If someone sends a message in a server, set the timeout bar of the notification to their role color (if they have one)
##### Calculate timeout by number of words
Longer messages stay on screen for longer
##### Words per minute
Used for calculating how long a message should stay on screen.
