workaround for ca-certificate-utils-20150402-1
For some reason, ca-certificate-utils-20150402-1 removes /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt, which is needed by curl, the http(s) backend for curl. Until either curl is reconfigured or ca-certificates.crt is restored, we must create it ourselves. This fixes issue #10.
