c3325cb543 Remove AegisubApp::OnKeyDown 
It was an odd hack to ensure that medusa mode didn't mark keydown events
as processed (resulting in EVT_CHAR never triggering), but there should
be a better way to do this when we reintroduce global timing hotkeys.

75b732bf60 Use lowercase filenames for OS X includes. HFS is case-insensitive and since I'm cross-compiling the OS X version from Linux it fails when you try to include files using uppercase names when they're actually lowercase.
