Still missing the few manual comments as well as the
translations for strings that aren't part of the pot
file yet:
- The window commands (minimizing, maximizing, bringing to front, etc),
that are shown on Mac
- The aegisub.desktop file
- The default_menu.json file

Replace wxString::Format with agi::format
...
It's modestly faster, significantly more type-safe, and doesn't assert
when there's too few arguments, which causes problems for plural forms.
