* \be filter with [1,2,1] kernel (like vsfilter)
* "decimal point" support, e.g. numbers with fractional parts are dealt with
  correctly
* shadow without border
* "compromise" fix for transparency + aa
* misc fixes: \be and \blur radius and a memory leak
* proper compositing of overlapping translucent outlines
