From 71776940f65adf0fb825569ec1dc8a6636337409 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Thomas Goyne Date: Thu, 29 Mar 2012 19:04:36 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Rewrite SMPTE timecode handling Move SMPTE handling to agi::vfr::Framerate to get all of the interesting logic dealing with timcodes in one place, and to make it testable. Completely rewrite the SMPTE time conversions as testing them reveals that they were incorrect in some cases.
