The initial size of the thumb depends on SM_CYCAPTION.
...
Correctly draw the thumb as in Windows.
The channel/thumb position also depends on TBS_NOTICKS.
The first and last tic marks should be inset from the channel length
by half the thumb width.
When TBS_BOTH style set, make sure to draw both sets of tics.

Removed the timer that was used to queue TRACKBAR_Refresh calls.

Removed all direct calls to TRACKBAR_Refresh (except from within the
WM_PAINT handling section) and replaced them by calls to
InvalidateRect.
Fixed a bug in the TRACKBAR_SetPos function.
Fixed the behavior for different types of mouse input.
