ole32: Fix excessive file sizes for Storage files.

The IStorage (DocFile) implementation was adding empty blocks at the
end of the file every time a caller wrote data that was not a multiple
of 512 bytes. If the caller made a lot of very small writes the file
size could be huge even though the data in the file was tiny. This was
caused by BlockChainStream_SetSize trying to allocate file blocks for
the new data using a condition that bore no relationship to the
required condition, and it was not necessary to do so at that time
since it is done (the right way) by StorageImpl_GetNextFreeBigBlock
(called via BlockChainStream_Enlarge).

This is the patch for the OleConvertOLESTREAMToIStorage wine API.
This API calls another function called OLECONVERT_LoadOLE10 which
basically read the OLE stream from the file through the callback
function (this is passed by the application).
The reading format was wrong. Still I am not very sure this is 100 %
correct format. I did some reverse engineering and found the format. I
have tried with different OLE object and its worked in paradox. I
haven't tested with any other apps.

When WP opens a linked file, the malloc function in
OLECONVERT_LoadOLE10(...) returns a NULL. This causes a later Wine
crash. The actual problem is the function reading a large data length.
