Moved the remaining SYSDEPS_* functions to the wine_pthread interface.
Let the pthread library allocate the stack itself.

Create two separate wine binaries, one using libpthread and one using
kernel threading directly.
Get rid of the remaining HAVE_NPTL ifdefs.
Remove the scheduler directory.
