Detlef Riekenberg bd678b0b20 secur32: Handle a new, undefined SECPKG_FLAG value.
Recent Windows versions (current 8.1 and win 10 v1709 or older)
started using a new SECPKG_FLAG with the value 0x02000000,
but there is no definition in any SDK or online documentation.

Kai Blin 84935f5ce0 secur32: Fix GetComputerObjectName tests for domain members.
At least for XP domain members, all EXTENDED_NAME_FORMATS apart from
NameSamCompatible return ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED. Given that the function
returns an error for all formats on non-members, just ignore
ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED as well.
