with a source code comment.
- Removed unecessary call to TOOLBAR_CalcToolbar() in
TOOLBAR_GetItemRect(). Optimized TOOLBAR_CalcStrings(). Fixes very
slow responding toolbars in Ultraedit due to processing TB_GETITEMRECT
messages.
- Optimized TOOLBAR_SetIntent(), SetRows() and SetStyle().
