HEADER_InsertItemA and HEADER_InsertItemW now treat null pointers to
text strings as null strings, as Windows does. Fixes wine crash on
startup of CuteFTP.

Optimized include/*.h: (recursively) include all headers needed by

started optimizing "windows.h" away from some of them. Moved
GetCurrentTask prototype to wine/winbase16.h.
