62c3d3d620 libwine: Added support for Unicode surrogates in utf-8 conversions. 
Also make the conversions more strict against invalid input data.

eb8a40c368 libs: Merged libwine_unicode into libwine. 
Most dlls use libwine_unicode at this point, so there's nothing to
gain by having two separate libraries.
