This flag causes the debug event to be replayed after the target thread
continues. It can be used, after suspending the thread, to resume other
threads and later return to the breaking.
This will help implementing gdb continue/step packets correctly.

kernel32/tests: Add a couple of process helper functions.

wait_and_close_child_process() simplifies waiting for the child process
and closing its handles. And because it uses wait_child_process() this
ensures that any error happening in the child process is detected.
reload_child_dump() wraps a cryptic WritePrivateProfileStringA() call
and avoids having to add a comment every time.

kernel32/test: Fix the semaphore handling in test_WaitForJobObject().

Don't include 'sync ' in the semaphore name because it will end up as
a separate argument in the child process, causing it to not find the
semaphore. Switch the child to OpenSemaphoreA() to reduce the risk of
accidentally create a new semaphore instead of opening the parent's
one. Use wait_child_process() instead of a raw
WaitForSingleObject(). The timeout is longer but the process is
expected to exit immediately anyway and this allows proper handling of
child failures (such as if there is a bug with the semaphore
handling).

kernelbase: Implement compatibility mode for GetVersionEx.

Since Windows 8.1, these functions have been deprecated and run in a sort
of compatibility mode, reporting Windows 8 unless the application supplies a
manifest that specifies compatibility with newer Windows versions explicitly
(by listing their GUIDs).
Some applications have bad non-forward-compatible checks based
on GetVersionEx, and depend on this behavior (they do not supply a
manifest). Currently, they break on Wine if we use a Windows 10 prefix for
example, since we always report the real version. One example is the game
Rock of Ages.

Report the line number where the test failed to wait for the child so
one can identify which child process did not behave as expected.
Also wait_child_process() is meant for the general case so report
all non-crash error cases as test failures so they are accounted for.
Omit the "winetest_" prefix to match the other Wine test functions and
so the underlying winetest_wait_child_process() function can be wrapped
with the usual line-capturing macros.

kernel32/tests: Fix test_Toolhelp()'s nested process lookup.

On Windows, processes are not reassigned to pid 1 when their parent
dies. This means many processes could have the same ppid despite being
started by unrelated processes. It also means test_Toolhelp() cannot
reliably look up the nested process by its ppid.
So look up for the nested process by its pid and only then check its
ppid, executable file, etc.

ntdll: Fix tick count calculation on Mac.

Inspired by a patch by Andrew Eikum.
macOS's mach_absolute_time() stops counting when the computer goes to
sleep/suspend/hibernate/etc. However, Windows's GetTickCount() does not
stop counting. mach_continuous_time() matches Windows's behavior.
BSD's CLOCK_MONOTONIC already counts asleep time.
Unfortunately, there is no clock source on Linux which does exactly what
we want. CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW is unaffected by NTP adjustment, but like
mach_absolute_time() doesn't keep ticking when the computer is asleep.
CLOCK_BOOTTIME does keep ticking, but it is affected by NTP adjustments.
CLOCK_MONOTONIC has both problems. What's needed is a
CLOCK_BOOTTIME_RAW, which would not be slewed by adjtimex(2) and would
count time spent asleep.
To avoid issues with skew and performance, this patch falls back to
mach_absolute_time() on macOS if mach_continuous_time() is unavailable.
Note that mach_continuous_time() was introduced in macOS 10.12, meaning
that if the minimum version required is less than that, it will be
linked weakly. Therefore we must check that it is nonnull before
attempting to call it.

when retrieving the GEO_ISO_UN_NUMBER of a location with UN code 0.

That is return the same 'E_NOTIMPL' error code.
Remove the todo_wine-s but keep the tests in case we want to implement
the API for compatibility with older Windows versions.

kernel32: Output a message in GetVolumeInformationW() when device has no read access.

A lot of applications fail to install from CDs or mounted ISO images when Wine does
not return correct volume label from GetVolumeInformation() repeatedly asking to
insert correct disk. Most of the time it happens because the block device is read only
for user (which is typical default behaviour) and FS info cannot be read.
It looks like the hint about what went wrong will simplify things in this common case.

kernel32: Add a special case to EnumProcessModules for the local process.

LLVM's libunwind uses EnumProcessModules for locating .eh_frame
sections when unwinding dwarf exceptions (used on i686).
When running wine in docker (without adding custom additional
permissions), EnumProcessModules currently fails as it uses
ReadProcessMemory, which requires the SYS_PTRACE capability.
The current implementation also is slower than necessary (by a
couple orders of magnituide), for accessing the current process.
Currently, unwinding 10000 exception throws with libunwind on i686
takes 24 seconds when run in wine, while it runs in less than 0.1
second with this patch.
