Dmitry Timoshkov 53ccd49c58 - Always unlink children before sending WM_NCDESTROY message. 
- Fix order of WM_DESTROY messages for the children's recursion.
- DestroyWindow should hide only visible windows.
- Add a test case for the above fixes.

Dmitry Timoshkov 39f960bdfa - Fix prototypes of GetClassLongA/W, GetClassLongPtrA/W and 
SetClassLongA/W according to SDK definitions.
- Add prototypes for SetClassLongPtrA/W, protect some GWL_ and GCL_
  constants from using in Wine or in _WIN64 mode.
- Fix all places in Wine affected by the above changes.

Francois Gouget a370f3fc0b ES_COMBO is not defined in the Windows headers. So define it if 
necessary so the test can be compiled on Windows.

Rein Klazes 312f09b88a ScrollWindowEx when called with the SW_ERASE flag does not send a 
WM_ERASEBKGND message, it just sets the erase flag. With some tests
that show this behavior.

- Fixed SPI_GETICONTITLELOGFONT to only return values retrieved from
  win.ini on first call and return a cached version in subsequent
  calls.

Justin Chevrier acb223ee21 - Implemented SPI_GETMINIMIZEDMETRICS calculated from values returned 
by GetSystemMetrics.
- Implemented SPI_SETMINIMIZEDMETRICS. Determined that the values set
  here are valid for the current session only and will not persist
  across reboots.

Justin Chevrier a33c7d89db - Revert previous change of border metric to reference the 
registry. Testing on Win98/WinXP showed that regardless of the
  "BorderWidth" value CM_C{X,Y}BORDER always returns 1.
- Point SPI_SETBORDER to "BorderWidth" under "HKCU\Control
  Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics" instead of "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop"
  to make it match Windows.
