5c8ceb497e Modal dialogs should not be shown via ShowWindow until the message 
queue first runs empty. This allows all initialization to complete
before a default focus is assigned.

0ba0d7a119 GetUpdateRgn should clip the returned region to the client area. 
Changed GetUpdateRect and ExcludeUpdateRgn to call GetUpdateRgn.
Moved these 3 functions to dlls/user/painting.c.

2c71c539a5 Do not do SetWindowPos(SWP_FRAMECHANGED) in the
