Alexandre Julliard d076ff3c12 Revert "makefiles: Only generate proxy code for the target architecture." 
This reverts commit ee206a3760.
It's the default widl behavior now.

Matteo Bruni 5cb8f0d0dd makedep: Use an unsigned constant in hash_filename.
