ccb634fdee ole32: Re-structure OleCreate to match to order of calls that native does. 
Get rid of hres1 since all failures are returned. Cleanup pUnk on 
failure and make sure to return NULL in ppvObj.

f7b65cc716 - Extend COM_OpenKeyForCLSID to open a subkey and return an HRESULT.

8aef340cbd - Fix IMemAlloc_Free when IMemAlloc_Alloc hasn't yet been called and 
debugging is on.
- Fix OleMetafilePictFromIconAndLabel (fixes attachments in Outlook2k).
- Implement OleTranslateAccelerator.
- Move OleCreate and a load of PropVariant functions out of stubs file.
- Change OleCreate to a semi-stub.
