Alexandre Julliard 1de20ae4af Rewrote handling of COM and LPT devices to use symlinks in 
$WINEPREFIX/dosdevices, with suitable defaults if the symlinks are
missing.
Rewrote QueryDosDevice and DefineDosDevice to use the new scheme.
Added temporary code to create the symlinks based on the contents of
the config file.

Eric Pouech 8ca6cadab1 - moved the remaining of int21 calls to dlls/winedos 
- disabled drive enabling/disabling as well as disk serial number
  writing (for DLL separation issues)
- added volume management prototypes to include/winbase.h
- started DefineDosDevice (needed by first item in this list)
- removed int21 specific code from dlls/kernel

Alexandre Julliard 4137aecaa5 Changed LdrLoadDll to only search for the dll in the specified path, 
using ntdll functions.
Moved LOAD_WITH_ALTERED_SEARCH_PATH functionality to LoadLibraryEx
where it belongs.

Dimitrie O. Paun 53f9c21fb7 Use angle brackets (<>) rather than quotes ("") for the include 
directives in our .h files. This should avoid some potentially nasty
surprises for Winelib apps.

Eric Pouech 583bb3fd3e - started implementing ntdll.NtDeviceIoControlFile and made 
kernel32.DeviceIoControl call it
- changed cdrom ioctl function's prototype to stick to
  ntdll.NtDeviceIoControlFile signature

- make the API compatible with other types of async requests (e.g. for
  sockets).
