Changed builtin dlls file names to make it clear they are not normal
Unix libraries, and install them in $libdir/wine instead of $libdir to
avoid name conflicts in /usr/lib.

Implement UuidCreate (using existing code from CoCreateGuid).
CoCreateGuid calls UuidCreate.
