(which are removed from DX9; weren't implemented in DX8 anyway)
- combined/simplified IDirectMusicSomething / IDirectMusicObject /
IPersistStream for objects that support loading
- implemented IDirectMusicObject on all such objects; via generic
functions
- combined IDirectMusicTrack(8)/IPersistStream on all tracks
- fully implemented IDirectMusicContainer (at least 90% if there are
no private interfaces)
- implemented IDirectMusicCollection (99% work & MS compliant
behaviour; except for instruments)
- tried to implement IDirectMusicInstrument (unfortunately uses some
dirty private interfaces... :(
- added dswave.dll; DirectMusic Wave
- some changes in style
- many, many more ;)

Major DirectDraw restructure/reimplementation, using an improved component
object model hierarchy. The implementation currently supports:
- DirectDraw over GDI/USER in a window (using DIBsections and
asynchronous updates)
- XVidMode
- XF86DGA2
- All DirectDraw interfaces from versions 1 to 7 (at least in theory)
- Hooks for Direct3D interfaces

Restructured DirectDraw. Split into X11 and DGA driver, and multiple

- Moved DOS ASPI functionality to msdos/dosaspi.c.
- Got rid using PROFILE to get SCSI info from wine.conf.
- Read scsi info from /proc/scsi/scsi.
- Added setting of a reasonable timeout when opening a SCSI device (5
minutes, defined in winescsi.h).
- ExecScsiCommand now ALWAYS posts, even on error (which is the correct
behavior).
