The VS_VERSION_INFO is a simple define and would cause confusion.
Also corrected the VS_xx_INFO defines not to use MAKEINTRESOURCE16 for win32.

started optimizing "windows.h" away from some of them. Moved
GetCurrentTask prototype to wine/winbase16.h.
