Implement combobox to select the font's character set.
Bug fixes: handle WM_MEASUREITEM message; handle the WM_PAINT message
in the 16bit font dialog, so it displays the sample string too.

Removed the A/W constants for builtin cursors, icons and resource
types since they don't exist on Windows, and added typecasts
everywhere instead.
