such macros because nothing guarantees that you actually put the right
method at the right place or that the prototype is right.

GetCurrentTask prototype to wine/winbase16.h.
features of this implementation are:
- Can open storages created in Windows.
- Can create new storages that the windows libraries can

Shell32 now dynamicly links to DPA_*(), comdlg32 works again

integrate the DOS subsystem with the DPMI subsystem, made

Generally moved stuff around a little.
It is now technically possible to load several DOS programs
