Rémi Bernon 7735b48006 mf/tests: Increase the H264 decoder tests video frame size. 
GStreamer vaapi decoder suffers from bugs which are causing double frees
when the frame size is too small.

Test file has been generated with:

gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc num-buffers=60 ! \
  video/x-raw,format=I420,width=82,height=84,framerate=30000/1001 ! \

Rémi Bernon 651e4002ce winegstreamer: Introduce new wg_transform_(push|read)_data functions. 
And use it to implement WMA decoder Process(Input|Output).

The test output is different because ffmpeg WMA decoder outputs data in
a different way as native. The data seems valid audio nonetheless, and
it shouldn't matter too much.

Rémi Bernon 6a7428a0fa mf/tests: Check the number of input samples to get a H264 stream change. 
We check that we can at least push two input samples at a time, which
matches what Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is doing, as it is not checking
ProcessInput result most of the time.

Rémi Bernon 899ae42b20 mf: Handle MESourceSeeked and MEStreamSeeked state change events. 
If a session is paused then started again, or if a start position is
provided we wait forever for the source to send a MESourceStarted event,
when it sends a MESourceSeeked instead.

This causes a deadlock in Bright Memory: Infinite as the game then waits
for the Start command to complete, while the session is stuck in the
SESSION_STATE_STARTING_SOURCES state.

Rémi Bernon a7508d54db winegstreamer: Stub implement WMA decoder DMO / MF transform. 
Final Fantasy XIV intro videos require media_object_GetStreamCount and
property_bag_Write to return S_OK in order to not get stuck. This could
be done in a separate commit but would cause a temporary regression.
