Huw Davies f53c320f04 rpcrt4/tests: Win 8 and 10 do not correctly unmarshal a ranged enum16. 
In practice this bug is not observed since midl, unlike widl, does not
generate ranges in inline stub mode.  For interpreted stubs, where
midl does generate ranges, the [out] parameters are zero-initialised
by the runtime.

Rob Shearman b2a5bfdfc9 rpcrt4: Fix context handle test on Vista upwards. 
Don't run tests that results in an ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE exception being raised.

Check for the context handle function pointers being non-NULL to
prevent exceptions being raised on platforms without these functions.

long is always 32bit in IDL files but that's not true in C.
