Dmitry Timoshkov 2827e7bbb6 user32: Replace PeekMessage loops in the PeekMessage test by explicit calls. 
Replace all 'while (PeekMessage()) DispatchMessage();' loops in the
PeekMessage test by explicit calls to PeekMessage(), check queue
status and processed messages after each call to see what is going on
behind the scene.

Dmitry Timoshkov 3b95aad505 user/tests: Don't generate a mouse click message in mouse_ll_global_thread_proc. 
Windows doesn't like when a thread plays games with the focus, that
leads to all kinds of misbehaviours and failures to activate a
window. So, better don't generate a mouse click message in
mouse_ll_global_thread_proc.

Dmitry Timoshkov 97c111d0d0 user32: Add more ShowWindow tests. 
Move ShowWindow tests for children with an invisible parent into a
separate test, add more ShowWindow tests. The tests show that an
assumption in dlls/x11drv/winpos.c that SetWindowPos should not be
called on a child with an invisible parent is not always true.

Robert Shearman a40ce39340 user: Fix WM_QUIT message ordering from PostQuitMessage. 
Added a new server call as PostQuitMessage should set a flag in the
message queue to return the WM_QUIT message when there are no other
pending messages, rather than posting a message to the thread queue as
it does at the moment.

Dmitry Timoshkov 7647cffbdf Add a test for ShowWindow(SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED) called for a not visible 
overlapped window, which shows that WM_SHOWWINDOW is not sent in that
case and that it should activate a window and bring it to top.

Dmitry Timoshkov 9640918917 - Make GetSystemMenu respect CS_NOCLOSE. 
- EnableMenuItem should not generate WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGING message.
- Make nonclient code check for presence of SC_CLOSE, not CS_NOCLOSE
  window class style.
- Add a test case.

Rein Klazes a807c5efce ScrollDC and X11DRV_SCROLLDC should scroll only pixels coming from 
within the visible region, clipped to the clipping region if that
exists. Add the destination of pixels coming from the outside of this
region to the update region. With tests that depend on this.
