Alexandre Julliard 79c64acc7b tests: Don't depend on the static uuid libraries in the tests. 
This avoids trouble with the broken MingW libraries when
cross-compiling the tests.

Alexandre Julliard eb8a40c368 libs: Merged libwine_unicode into libwine. 
Most dlls use libwine_unicode at this point, so there's nothing to
gain by having two separate libraries.
