Alexandre Julliard	4144b5b8fc	Create the server directory and socket file in /tmp. ... Use fcntl file locking to ensure exclusion on the server socket and to better recover from crashes. Flush the registry before closing the socket to avoid timeouts on the client side. Moved get_config_dir functionality to libwine.	2002-06-20 23:21:27 +00:00
