ntdll: Fix more corner cases for arm64 packed info unwinding.

Make sure to restore sp from fp for CR == 3.
Fix unwinding of partial prologues/epilogues - the previous logic
had an off-by-one for the pos/skip handling; fix a few more
corner cases with odd number of saved registers.
Functions with the H flag set (saving x0-x7 on the stack) should
be considred having 4 nops (for the instructions saving the
registers) in the prologue for unwind purposes. When unwinding
through a partial epilogue, the same 4 nops should also be
considered to be there (even though no sane epilogue would restore
the registers there) based on how windows handles partial epilogue
unwinding in those cases.
Uncomment prologue/epilogue cases in an existing test and add
tests for many more cases.

winex11.drv: Don't wait for the desktop thread to store clipping window.

The messages are in flight, the state will be updated eventually in
the order they are received by the desktop thread, we shouldn't have
to wait. If the clipping window gets overwritten, it will also receive
a message from the desktop thread, which is sent asynchronously already.
Call of Duty: WWII calls ClipCursor in a loop on startup while the
foreground thread is stalled and the messages sometimes pile up. The
recursive message processing that SendMessageW induces can then cause
stack overflows.

ntdll: Add ARM64 SEH unwind directives for assembly functions in PE builds.

This fixes unwinding through RtlRaiseException and
call_consolidate_callback in PE builds.
Adjust the call_consolidate_callback function to store the whole
context on the stack, and use the seh "context" opcode for
unwinding to that context instead of the parent. Adjust the dwarf
escape codes for reading from the context on the stack.

While implementing ifstream::setbuf() it turned out that filebuf::setbuf(),
behaves a bit different on Windows than our implementation.
It seems to reimplement streambuf::setbuf() with a very minor difference - it
doesn't ever set unbuffered to 0 and allows to change the underlying buffer as
long as the file is not opened.

kernel32/tests: Change file name to avoid collision with other tests.

Entries in IniFileMapping are persisted in Windows until the next
reboot, even if removed from the registry. This made the
function test_registry_mapping to cause other tests
that accessed the actual winetest.ini file to fail if the
profile test was run more than once on Windows without rebooting.

That is, do not check that the shader is a pixel shader and that the signature

user32: Always wait for the desktop process to be ready in load_desktop_driver().

Having a __wine_display_device_guid property in the desktop window only guarantees that the window
is created. Explorer.exe still has to finish setting up virtual desktop, display settings etc.
load_desktop_driver() needs to make sure that the desktop initialization is done before allowing
applications to call user32 driver functions. Otherwise, they might get incorrect data. This race

kernel32/tests: Use debugstr_an to show contents of buffer.

In the tests modified the buffer to show is expected to contain
strings separated by \0. So that passing the buffer to
the ok macro will only print the first string. Showing the
whole returned buffer gives more information when the test
fails.
