Removed the broken mmap64 configure check, and moved the

_FILE_OFFSET_BITS define to wine/port.h. Made sure that all files that

- Always initialize width table.

- FT_Get_Next_Char for some reason returns too high number (1040) if
the wine_courier font has been generated by fontforge, use 32 as the
1st char instead.
