Implemented OFN_OVERWRITEPROMPT and OFN_EXTENSIONDIFFERENT flags.

Changed IDL_OVERWRITEFILE string resource ID to IDS_OVERWRITEFILE.
Use the extended UI for the "Look In" combo.
Select the text in the "File name" field after filling it.
