inseng: Switch to the standard regsvr.c registration code.
Now the CLSID_DLManager and CLSID_ActiveSetupEng keys get proper display names.
This also gives us DllUnregisterServer() for free.

libs: Merged libwine_unicode into libwine.
Most dlls use libwine_unicode at this point, so there's nothing to
gain by having two separate libraries.
