More commenting, better debugging of color problems, and support for

the new TerminalType option in wine.ini. This allows us to select
which terminal type we are really using so that we can, for example,
use its color capabilities.

Optimized include/*.h: (recursively) include all headers needed by

started optimizing "windows.h" away from some of them. Moved
GetCurrentTask prototype to wine/winbase16.h.
